Top 3 Beauty Tips for International Travelers
Hey guys Julie here, welcome to my bathroom.. today I'm giving you my beauty tips for travelers. first let me say I am NOT a glamazon I am NOT a pageant queen type of traveler, I'm not one to bring the blow-dryer the curling iron the flat iron and all the big bottles of product.. I don't do that. I travel with a carry-on - with a backpack - everything fits inside. I don't like to lug around a lot of stuff, but at the same time I do preserve my femininity, I do still wear makeup, I have to have some product, I have to feel good in my own skin. these are my beauty tips to help you when it comes to your toiletries, your cosmetics, to packing your stuff. so first my number one tip sample sizes! obviously you don't want to bring more than you need.
And you also have to deal with the carry-on limitations. so you're looking for bite-sized products right? and my favorite for this is the beauty box. now there's a lot of ones out there that you can subscribe to, Target has a super affordable beauty box at $7 per month and it comes with five to six generous samples like: this tiny deodorant! so let me show you one of my tricks. this is several months worth of samples. now what I do is I've actually pulled out a bunch of plastic baggies and I put like products in each baggie. so here we have mascaras. so whenever I need a new mascara I can put it in the travel case.
Here I have lipsticks and lipglosses so this will last me a good long time.. leave-in conditioners, hair styling products for maybe those beach waves.. dry shampoo because ladies you know this is critical.. moisturizers and illuminators.. lots of stuff here.. and here we have face cleansers. this way everything's sorted I can pull something out when I need to refill the cosmetics the case and go on my way. so my second beauty tip electricity free curls since different countries have different voltages we can't just bring our curling irons we can't bring our hair dryers and so it's hard to achieve that perfect tousle! one, you can braid your hair, its pretty simple.. or check out these flexible curling rods. it's really simple, in a couple hours you have a head full of spiral curls. okay my last beauty tip, the perfect manicure.
